Racquetball was strenuous again today. Jimmy won the first game 17-15, and then I beat Dominyk 15-4. Then I came back to beat Jimmy 16-14, and 15-11. But I really worked up a sweat, something I try very hard not to do.

sweating is good for you! That's the only way I can lose weight. Glad to hear that you have found an exercise you enjoy, and one that you can involve your children!
