Food and Exercise for February 2, 2006

8        4 oz beans, sprinkling of cheese, dollop of sour cream
9        4 oz water
10        4 oz water
11        4 oz fruit juice
12        1 oz chicken, 1 oz mashed potatoes, 1 oz green beans
2        4 oz water
3        4 oz water
4        2 oz flavored water
6        4 oz beans, sprinkling of cheese, dollop of sour cream
8        4 oz water

NOTE: beans twice a day probably wasn’t a good idea, but they sure taste good.

Exercise: 20 minutes on the treadmill
