8        3 oz oatmeal
9        2 oz dieter’s tea
10        2 oz water
11        2 oz water
12        1/3 cup refried beans (with a sprinkling of cheese)
1        2 oz water
2        2 oz water
3        2 oz water
5        2 oz water
6        1/3 cup shepherd’s pie (mashed potatoes, chicken, mushy carrots)
8        4 oz V8 Pina Colada Splash


20 minutes on Fitness Center Treadmill
