8        1 egg, sprinkling of cheese
9         2 oz water
10        2 oz water
11        2 oz water
12        4 oz refried beans, sprinkling of cheese
1        2 oz water
2        2 oz water
4        2 oz water
6        1 oz chicken, 1 oz mashed potatoes, 1 oz green beans
8        8 oz water

Exercise: Walk around block (15 minutes)
