Food and Exercise for Friday, February 3, 2006

8        1 egg, sprinkling of cheese
99        4 oz dieter’s tea
10        4 oz water
11        1 oz soup, 2 oz mashed potatoes, 1/2 corn muffin
12        4 oz water, 1 spoonful of frozen custard
2        2 oz water
6        1/4 cup mashed potatos, 1/4 cup green beans and peas (mushy)
7        4 oz water
8        4 oz water, 1 hand-ful very well chewed popcorn
9        4 oz water


Exercise: None -- took the day off

Note: I had some pain today. Probably shouldn’t be breaking any rules -- corn muffin may have been hard to digest.
