Meals and Exercise for Saturday, February 4, 2006
9 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup mandarin organges
10 4 oz dieter’s tea
11 4 oz milk with Carnation Instant Breakfast
12 1/4 cup refried beans
2 4 oz water
3 4 oz watere
5 2 oz canned turkey with light mayo
7 4 oz water
I felt AWFUL yesterday -- lots of gas and stomach pain, so i didn’t exercise. It turns out that if you don’t play exactly by the rules, you PAY!
