Racquetball
Did get in 45 minutes of racquetball today too. I needed it because I was really stressed out and high strung. Good thing I relaxed myself, because a lot of not so fun things have happened in our lives since then.
Got beat by Jimmy, but beat Dominyk and Tony. Had a good workout.
Weighed myself and I haven't lost or gained anything in the last few weeks.
Anyone else weigh in? Anyone else get some exercise?

Yeah, I know. The previous "anonymous" is one who gives all of us a bad name. I'm just a grandma with very limited knowledge of this machine, and a high level of paranoia, due to the fact that I live alone in the middle of nowhere. That explanation of my non-blogging status out of the way, I will say this: While I do not have the reference in front of me, even my nurse practioner found it online last winter when I was gaining instead of losing and all for no apparent reason. It seems that if you do not get enough REM sleep, your body will sabotage any efforts you make towards dieting. I cannot imagine that you ever get enough REM sleep, even before the house arrest stress. My wish for you is that you can forget the "weight loss", and concentrate on the stress reduction. I think it's great that you can get out and play racquetball with your kids, or alone, or with (gasp) other adults! If there is a way that you can forget what is on the scale, and just enjoying getting more fit, I'd highly recommend it for you and lots of others who are in these extremely high stress situations. Please do not beat yourself up. You are doing a tremendous job with your challenges, and what you do accomplish is so important to all of us. Once again, I thank you.
Weight Watchers weigh in today. I lost 1 lb. I made my 10% goal!
Kind of lonely around here. I thought I'd report anyway: I lost 2 pounds this week at Weight Watchers.
I know. I'm sorry. I'm so pathetic. But I'm VERY proud of you. Looks like you're the leader! You've lost more than anyone else, I think.
How is everyone else doing?
