Any Updates for friday or saturday?
I met my goal this week -- 3 times, exercising 40+ minutes each day. I played raquetball for 50 today and won every game.
I'm not reporting what I eat yet. Small steps.
Anyone have a report from Friday or Saturday? Anyone weigh in? Anyone exercise? Anyone eat right?

I lost 2.8 lbs, however I only exercised one day. AND we went out for German food tonight and I had potato pancakes w/ sour cream..probably not the best plan. Trying to stay on track.

Um, no, no and no. Though I am eating less of the bad food I'm eating. That should count for something.
