Oh goodness. Not even close. I thought I should note that I made umpteen gazillion trips up and down the steps today, but really, 40 minutes worth? Not even close. And I can't even claim walking to the mailbox twice, 'cuzz the first time out (to mail letters - yeah, some of us still do that) I rode out with my cousin. Well, he was here and he offered, and it seemed the gracious thing to do and all. OK, even my excuses are pathetic. But the sweating thing? I have that down big time. I'm enough older than most of you (I think), that I have that night sweats thing going. Does that count?
If not, I'll just have to go through my cheer-leading routines for you, Claudia! Way to go! Yay, you!
Nope- didn't make it today with being back to work and all and yucky weather tonight. I'm aiming for 4 days a week initially, so this will be an off day. I did however make fairly good choices eating and made a plan to walk with a co-worker.
Good work Claudia-
I think it was very nice of you to accommodate your cousin and accompany him to the mailbox.
I would have done the same.
Ah yes, and that's how we got where we are today, isn't it? Oh, so accommodating. Leftovers? I'll take care of those. Not quite perfect cookies? Let's eat the evidence. Somehow it didn't end up being "our little secret". If only I could learn to eat for hunger, instead of comfort, it would help so very much. Thank you for being kind to me.
I put this on the wrong day before - I got in 45 minutes on the treadmill tonight.
Nope, didn't get my exercise in, but I did record what I ate and I ate what I was supposed to. Even went out with a friend and skipped the oh so tempting desserts!
I don't think there is anyone alive who HATES exercise more than I do. I bought a nice elliptical walker a few years ago and it is still in brand new shape. It makes a great clothes hanger, though.
