Day One of Spark People.

Well, it's 2:06. For breakfast, I had one cup of cheerios with sweetener, 1 % milk, and a banana.

For lunch I had one grilled turkey and cheese sandwich and 3 dried peaches.

I've had nothing to drink but water.

I exercised for ten minutes.

My son Tony is joining me.

I hurt something near my elbow on Saturday when I played racquetball so I am not sure when I can play next, which is quite unfortunate.

So, I'm doing it, but I can't say that i'm feeling all that excited about it.

This week's Weight Watcher's Report: I lost 2 ounces. Isn't that the weight of a piece of paper? How annoying!

Not much action around here these days. I wanted to let you know that I made my goal! I lost 27 pounds! I'm finding that keeping it off is proving much more difficult than I anticipated. Life is a vicious circle.

You haven't posted any updates in a while. How are things going? Are you still doing Spark People?

I've been dieting since April 25 and lost 11 pounds so far. (Only 128 pounds to go)
