8 4 oz milk with Carnation Instant Breakfast
10 4 oz hot tea
12 2 oz beans, sprinkle of cheese, 2 oz barbqued pork
2 2 oz water
5 2 oz water
6 2 oz canned turkey with light mayo
8 4 oz 100% cherry juice
Exercise: 20 minutes on the treadmill
