Another Great Workout

Up to 4% incline
4.4 mph on intervals
3.0 mph resting

total of 32 minutes on treadmill with 1 minute of lunges on each leg, one minute of side steps on each side

total of 8 minutes of warm up and cool down on the bike

Both Salinda and Mercedes went with me.
