Two Big Guys and Me

jimmy and Rand went to the Y with me this morning. I'm trying to encourage Rand to spend his time wisely and work at being healthier. They both went with me on Tuesday as well.

My workout was a bit mediocre.... i did what I usually do, but I think as I get in better shape I'm having to work harder to get my heart rate up. I asked for a heart rate monitor for my birthday.... we'll see if I get one.

So yeah, 40 minutes at the Y -- 10 on the bike, 30 on the treadmill -- intervals at 4.4 mph, 3.5 incline, recovering at 2.8.

Need to start increasing that again...
