Back at It at 5:20

This morning I actually made it to the Y by 5:20. Got my cardio done today -- 40 minutes of it, and I've had 30 oz of water already this morning. I did gain two pounds this week but I'm sure it was muscle since I lifted weights 3 times last week ;-)

I'm hoping this is the beginning of getting back on track!

muscle. I bet it was the french fries. Oh yummmm... doesn't that sound good? See? I'm really not a good person to compete with because I'm just as much about sabatoge as I am about winning. ;)
