Doing Better Today

Did 20 minutes of cardio this morning and then learned how to use the weights. TOmorrow I will start with 3 sets of each of 6 weights, with 15 reps for each. Plus do some cardio.

ANd I've already had 30 oz of water this morning and I"m giving up pop again.

Hopefully i'm going to get back on track...

Hey lady...been a long time since I've commented.

I just wanted to pop over and give you some encouragement, and maybe get some for myself, too. *smile* I'm in the same boat at the moment. I got railroaded at the beginning of November when hubby got laid off unexpectedly. The stress of that, plus holidays, having to really scale back our food budget (did you ever notice how stinkin' expensive healthy food is?)...it all added up to me gaining back 10 pounds. I've been working out the whole time, but probably not as enthusiastically as I had been. Very discouraging.

So I've been trying to get my butt back in gear, and it's been tough, but I'm forcing myself.

I have to give both of us...you and me...a big pat on the back, though. We DID catch it before we totally gained everything back, which is unusual for me, too. I usually gain it all back and then blink in a stupor and say, "What happened?" *smile* We caught it, and we're on our way back!!!

I'm rooting for ya!
