Last week...

Well, last week I met both of my goals. I exercised 229 minutes (the goal was 200) and I also had no pop with sugar in it. This week I am going to have my lap band filled (tomorrow, hopefully) and begin to follow that diet. Anybody else have some health goals they are working on?
