8 AM         4 oz fruit juice
9 am                4 oz water
10 am        4 oz water
11 am        Carnation Instant Breakfast, 4 oz milk
12 pm        4 oz water
1 pm                Carnation Instant Breakfast, 4 oz milk
2 pm                4 oz water
4 pm                4 oz fruit juice
6 pm                2 oz potato soup, 2 oz milk
8 pm                4 oz Dieter’s Tea (that makes you poop)


Exercise: 3 Five Minute Walks
