Meals and Exercise for Monday, February 6

8        4 oz water
10        8 oz milk with instant breakfast
12        3 oz beans, sprinkling of cheese, sour cream
1         4 oz juice
2        2 oz water
4        2 oz water
6        2 oz mashed potatoes, 1 oz canned chicken
7        4 oz juice

Exercise: 25 minutes on treadmill
