10        3 oz breakfast potatoes
12        4 oz water
2        1/2 fruit and yogurt parfait minus the fruit and the granola
4        4 oz water
6        3 oz beans, sprinkling of cheese, sour cream
8        4 oz decaf tea


Exercise: 25 minutes on treadmill
