Back on Track

i can still say that I have been to the Y 5 times a week, 40 minutes a time, for six weeks. I think this is a lifetime consistency record.

I also went to the doctor yesterday who prescribed test strips so I can start testing my blood sugars again. We talked a bit about diet and I know I need to get back on track, but with all our other stress it just isn't a huge priority...
