34 minutes on the treadmill. Went 1.83 miles.
4.5 mph, 3.0 incline for intervals
3.0 mph, 3.0 incline for recovery times.
8 minutes on the bike.
42 minutes total.
Lost a pound.
Down 37 since March 10th. 47 since a year ago. 57 since surgery in January 2005.
