Getting It Done in the Morning
There is nothing better than having your exercise for the day done before your day starts. Having my workout done and my shower with a few minutes to spare before the kids get up always gives me a better start to my day.
Weighed in again. Gained 1.5 pounds, but it is no surprise the way I've been eating. I need to go back to no moderation and just be really strict, but with all my travel it's more difficult.
So back to trying again...
