Tuesday and Wednesday morning workouts

Yesterday I worked out on the Wii Fit for 28 minutes (mediocre workout) and then walked with Bart last night.

This morning I did my 40 minutes at the Y -- 10 on bike, 30 on treadmill. Interval workout -- first 4 intervals at 4.3 at 3.0 incline. Last three intervals at 4.4 at 4.0 incline.
