Weigh in for Monday

Haven't lost, haven't gained (which I was surprised about since I ate like crazy the last three days). Planning to do much better in the days to come in that area.

Did 40 minutes at the Y. Did my intervals longer -- 1.5 minute interval with 1.5 minute recovery. Did them at 3.0 incline with 2.8 as my recovery speed and 4.2 as my interval speed.
