Back at It

After a few weeks of being ill with various calamities, i was back at the Y at 5 this morning for a great 40 minute interval workout with my friend Kari.. Even though my stomach is still quite queasy, it is a great feeling to have exercise done by 6:30 a.m....

Here are my goals for this week:

40 minutes of interval cardio 3 x week
40 minutes of weight lifting 3 x a week
3 extra walks of at least 20 minutes during the week
No Pop
64 oz of water a day
"the sandwich" for lunch at least 3 days this week
Only one dessert this week
No Fast Food

Achievable for sure.... but difficult, oh yeah.
