Note to Self
I need to remember that if I get sick, and don't lift weights for two weeks, that going back to the same amount of weight that I had previously done right before skipping out is not a good plan. My arms are killing me.
But I did it. 7 machines and 3 sets of 15 reps for each machine. I'm not feling up to par, but I'm gld i I did it.
now I eel like I need a nap.
