Feeling Good

Went to the Y again today and have hit the 30 pounds lost since I started my most recent decent. I had a great workout -- 47 minutes, with 20 of them on the treadmill at 2.5 mph for with 5 intervals -- 3.0, 3.2, 3.4, 3.6, and 3.8. The rest I did on the cross trainer, managing three intervals there....

Three years ago I had my best weight loss run ever, loosing about 43 pounds from March to October. If I could replicate that I'd be thrilled so I'm going to look back and see what I did back then....

So if you've been following this silly journey, maybe, just MAYBE, this one will be THE one....
