Two Wii Workouts
Did 30 minutes this morning instead of going to the Y and then did 15 minutes at lunch time. not a great workout but not a horrible one.
Anytime I'm moving and getting my heart rate up it can't be a bad thing.

Keep it up Claudia. You are right, any time you can get your heart rate up, it's a good thing. I'm so proud of you and you've inspired me. I joined TOPS 5 weeks ago and so far I've lost 9 lbs. I weigh in on Thursdays so I'm hoping I'll be over 10 lbs gone by this Thursday.
Today I got in the pool twice and jogged around the edge for 30 minutes plus did 20 minutes of water aerobics.
Great job Paula! That's amazing. Every minute counts.....
