Back by 6:15
Kari and I were back by 6:15 this morning. I neglected to blog on Friday or yesterday, but we were there both days doing good cardio workouts. I lost a pound after not having lost anything for a while, so that's good.
This morning, though, we did weights and I am tired and sore... and the day is just beginning.
I need a nap.
