Weight Training
Did it again. 8 different weight machines, 3 sets of 15 reps, all before 6 a.m.
Feeling a bit tired and sore, but glad to have accomplished that. Days when I do cardio I feel a bit more motivated afterwards than on days when I do weights, but it does feel good to know I did something this morning.
Even if I already want a nap and it's only 7 a.m.
