Day Three
Up to 12 minutes on the treadmill and 28 on the bike... not able to get as much air as I would like, so it's slow going, but I'm doing SOMETHING.
Waiting for a few of you to join me in committing to movement until Monday -- a little more each day. Interested?

I walked in the evening Sunday-Wednesday. Started at 1/2 hour and Wednesday it was up to 1 hour. Almost my old route. Last night, while no walking, I did clean out my front perennial beds (raking, pulling, clipping, hauling) and I'm counting that for exercise!
The challenge is in TODAY!! Friday nights are usually pizza with family -- I wish I could get out of bed early like you!
