Pleasant Surprise

Nope, I haven’t exercised. Haven’t even been trying to plan my menus. Just eating until I’m full and not stressing about it. In addition, i went on two trips in the last month and forgot to weigh in last week.

What a huge surprise to find myself down 8 pounds without even thinking about trying to diet or exercise. That takes my total weight loss down to 38 pounds in 4 months. Not great, but not bad either.

Makes me wonder how much I would have lost if I had been doing what I was supposed to do!
