Day Two of Good Workouts
Twenty two minutes on the treadmill this morning with six intervals, getting up to 4 mph and my heart rate up to 150. Then 34 minutes on the cross trainer with a couple of intervals there too. I'm feeling quite good.
Came home and made myself a high-protein, low carb breakfast and I'm feeling quite good about that! Today I head in to the lap band specialist -- he added some to my band about six weeks ago and now we're going to see how much I've lost and if I need an adjustment. According to my records I have lost 8 pounds, but who knows what that scale will say!
One day at a time is all that I can do!
